Marks Street Senior Recreation Center
Design and permitting for a 3.5 acre site located in the City of Orlando. The project included the concept and final design of the site updates, drainage improvements and rehabilitation / resurfacing / re-stripping of existing parking areas, ADA updates including replacement of existing sidewalk, design of new access ramps with handrail and updating of ADA curb ramps with truncated domes. Permits were prepared, submitted and obtained from the City of Orlando and SJRWMD. Project specifications were prepared and construction administration services were also provided.
Shenandoah Elementary School, Campus Renovation & Addition - OCPS
Overall Project included addition of one new building, renovation of the existing building and upgrading the site to meet current design standards. Included design of two new parking lots, 1200 LF entrance road to provide a separate parent loop, upgrading the potable water and sanitary sewer systems to handle the additional flow. Prepare and obtain the FDEP permits. Grading, drainage design and permitting of two wet detention ponds. Project included 1.4 ac of wetland impact that required mitigation design and additional permitting through ACOE.

SITE CIVIL DESIGN
Mollie Ray Elementary School - OCPS
The project involves the demolition of select buildings coupled with the construction of a new main building along with the renovation of one classroom building and improvements to the existing facilities (i.e. associated parking, emergency access roads, service areas, sidewalks, utilities, drainage swales and stormwater pond).
Farm Workers Building
Design and permitting for a 2.2 acre site located in the City of Apopka. The project included design of a 23 vehicle parking lot with a front entrance drop-off area. Grading and drainage design included a dry retention pond and the associated stormwater collection system. Utility design included water and sewer connection. Permits were prepared, submitted and obtained from the City of Apopka, SJRWMD and FDEP. Project specifications were prepared and construction administration services were also provided.
