Horizon Engineering Group, Inc. was founded on April 1, 2003 by Jerry Warren, P.E., Pete Manz, P.E., and Scott Seck, P.E.  Over the last six years, the firm has grown into one of Central Florida's leaders in Transportation, Stormwater Management, Recreational Facilities, Utility Design,  Educational Facilities, and Site Design.  The success of the company is attributed to the leadership of the company's owners and the depth of experience of the employees.
